On March 18th, 2024 I bought an 11000 Robux package for $139.99 CAD and did not receive the Golden Clockwork headphones after buying it.
I have waited and waited, and I have still not received them. The popup was not appearing for me and still does not to this day so I went ahead and bought it without the popup. I did my research and other people online said they got them even without the popup, but I did not.

You are not going to get them, you bought premium, not base robux, The item is only included for the base robux purchase. Not premium, sorry to tell you man, but you are out of 130 bucks.

If you wanted to go the nuclear route, you could threaten a lawsuit as this is false advertising and illegal in America, however I am pretty sure you are canadian so you would have to have someone in the US file a class action lawsuit and then you could participate in it. (i think, im not good with laws)
I am not even old enough to do that lol, also I wouldn’t do that over something as simple as like $140 lol.
