I am reaching out because I have not received any Crown of O’s despite having over 900 MAU. I have already contacted the email support team at “devawards@roblox.com” and tried to get in touch with Roblox support, but I have not received any assistance. I also want to add that i am the owner of the group.
Could someone here please help me with this issue?

Nope, i don’t think they stopped since there are some of my friends still getting it but ty for the feedback tho!!
From what i can tell, they are only giving crowns in instances where the game is owned by a user, not by a group. We’ll just have to wait for a while to see if they at least expand it to group owners (I’ve been waiting for the 100k one for at least 8 months now)

That’s not true, bit of my games are under my group and I got both of my crowns after I earned the MAU.
Not sure because I didn’t have to contact anyone. I got my current crown in march of this year. Good luck!
