Good Colour Scheme Ideas

Hey Guys,
As you might already know from a previous post here, @xJxck_yy and I are working on SmartOrders.
My question is: Do you have any good ideas for colour schemes?
We have White and Dark schemes. But some Ideas for other schemes would be nice.

Color theory has been around for so long, and you can find color schemes so easily nowadays.
