Good intermediate tutorials for high poly blender work

So I’m getting stuck on tutorial island a bit.

All the Intermediate high poly tutorials I’ve found are either poor or too much of a step up from my current ability. I want to be able to use tutorials to learn not just to make stuff.

I would appreciate if you could recommend me some good ones to help.

Have you tried Blender Guru? I started with his donut and coffee tutorial and it helped teach me some things.

I mean intermediate not beginner and yes I’ve done it. I’ve done all his tutorials basically but the intermediate ones are just too much for my ability.
