Honestly, I think you should just take an existing idea that hasn’t been done much, and put a twist on it. If you really want to come up with something that hasn’t been done before, that’s gonna be pretty hard considering that obbies have been around since the beginning of the platform.

My idea is Obby Racing
Create an obstacle course with multiple lanes, where players race to the finish while avoiding obstacles and hazards. You can add power-ups, speed boosts, and other gameplay elements to make the race more exciting.

Those escape the (whatever name) obby games, except with better mechanics like cutscenes and a storyline.

I recently made a procedurally generated obby game which was a fun programming experience. If you are interested in programming it isn’t too hard to make and is pretty interesting

You can write a story and adapt it into an obby game. With the right design and advertising, it will be loved.
