I wanted to create a NPC texture for skin, honestly is it best to do this inside blender? If so, what do I use as the material in studio?

what do you mean by texture?
Material (pattern, can be organic, is used for terrain)
Texture ID ( different colors on different parts of the model, specified by UV map)
Texture (ignores UV map, can be placed on separate faces like a decal. can be made into a repeating pattern)
If you want to use a UV map, blender is best. The material doesn’t really matter if it’s all going to be covered up by the Texture(ID)
