GoodbyeDialog is never localized in the dialog menu

Reproduction Steps:

1. Create a dialog tree, enable GoodbyeChoiceActive, add a unique GoodbyeDialog
2. Scrape the dialog tree manually
3. Localize the dialog tree, specifically the GoodbyeDialog string
4. Interact with the dialog tree using the non-english locale you just localized - observe it is not localized on the dialog menu (however it is localized in the chat bubbles)

Easy repro file, just requires a localization table: DialogLocalizeRepro.rbxm (3.3 KB)

Expected Behavior:
The goodbye string is localized in the dialog menu.

Actual Behavior:
The goodbye string is not localized in the dialog menu.

I am unable to reproduce this issue, is it still occuring on your side?

Yup. It occurs 100% of the time.
