Since i was bad making GFXs/thumbnail effects, i decided to doodle and referencing other details had included in the game, like this drift marks.
What do you think?

Fit pretty well with what you’re making
I think it only needs some coloring for the helicopters and perhaps a few simple yellow dots for the buildings’ windows

Its a simulator game, i’d need help, but always i dont, im afraid to ask for help, but im just showing my creations if this fits the game btw. 
I would say that adding every single detail possible would make the thumbnail look very good along with there being effects and shadows!

From my perspective, this thumbnail would look good on intentionally low-quality games or any troll game. Nevertheless, you did a good job.

Fill in the helicopters with color, otherwise this thumbnail is a 10/10.
