So there’s new Collab, Roblox and Google Play. Bassically you can claim Roblox accesories and items for Play Points. And I really do want one of those things shown on picture. But it somehow don’t show up for me. Let’s say It’s just not there. (Pictures inclueded to show you what do i mean)

Are you able to see rewards for other applications, or is the only thing you can claim the google play credits?
Yes, I am able to claim rewards from another applications.
If you access the page on your Computer instead of your phone, do the Roblox options show up?

I don’t think so, I’m in Europe. (Czechia)
Can’t hurt to check from a different location anyway.
If, on your computer, you use a VPN to change your location to a different country (such as the USA; you can just use a free VPN from the chrome extension store, just make sure to remove it afterwards), does it show different results?
actually don’t try that – apparently you can only change country once every 12 months
I can try, and I don’t care if my computer will be virtually 12 hours in US. I will let you know what happened as soon as possible.

I still suspect that it may be geo-restrictions that are causing problems. If you borrow someone elses phone, does the Roblox rewards show up for them?
Oh… well I can try to search for some free trials of VPN instead.
I can call my friend and ask him, he is in US.
The duration of the VPN is not my concern - most of them will probably be unlimited.
What I’m concerned about is the country in the google play app. Changing your location outside of Czechia may make the Roblox results show, however I don’t know what consequences it will have for you if you change it, especially given it has a 1 year cooldown on changing countries.
I will look at it and let you know.
Microsoft rewards are already here, so it’s not really a surprise they did it with google aswell.

Strange, Even with VPN don’t show up, I tried UK,US and Canada.
I just read your post again, and I realized I didn’t answered. I was just messing around, I wondered if I can mark as a solution my own post xD
You might be better off contacting Google Play Help, as it is more likely something on Google’s side rather than on Roblox’s side.

I know, and I already tried that. That agent was so confused, it seemed like he don’t even know there’s this event.
