Is this too much gore/blood?

The blood will be fine as long of you add a toggle for it.

what @Crazedbrick1 said add a toggle and even if you dont this blood is very unrealistic i think you will be fine even if you dont add a toggle

That reminds me of the start of a game called happy oof day, Is it inspired or a remake/fangame of it? I easily saw a resemblance but that may just be me. 
Other then that it looks like a unnecessary amount. Like @Crazedbrick1 said, You should have a toggle for it. Could definetely have at least some warnings, like in a load in screen and on the game page. I think it may be too much to go without any warning to the players, But I don’t have alot of experience with this kind of stuff.

A warning isn’t needed for that level of blood, but it won’t hurt.
