Well you see games that have a lot of blood. Then you also have really gruesome games that have head removal, suicide and a lot more graphic content. To be honest I feel like the best answer you can get will be on the terms of service.

I played some games that had a lot of blood. Some games change the blood from red to black. Most of the games that had blood had an option to turn it off, so I would recommend adding that.
