Requirements
LR Positions
In order to become one of the many ranks of the LR position, a quick application is required. Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by the SHR team, ensuring your a perfect fit for the team.

MR Positions
In order to become one of the many ranks of the MR position, a promotion is required. Here is a list of the requirements to be promoted.
Requirements
- Good Activity
- Acting professional and responsible whilst on duty
- No new staff strikes in the past month
- Complying with the staff guidelines, policies and ToS
These positions can not be bought nor applied for. Begging/asking for promotions/ranks won’t help, and will be recorded in your staff archive.
HR Positions
In order to become one of the many ranks of the HR position, a promotion following a training is required, unless you have received an invite by the SHR team. Here is a list of the requirements to be promoted and trained.

- Acting professional and responsible whilst on duty
- No new staff strikes in the past three months
- Complying with the staff guidelines, policies and ToS
- Able to work efficiently in a given time frame - Chief Human Recourses Only
- Have worked at the Grand Boulevard for at least 3 months
- Have a discord account and have joined our official server. (for the purpose of communication)
These positions can not be bought nor applied for. Begging/asking for promotions/ranks won’t help, and will be recorded in your staff archive.
SHR Positions
In order to become one of the few ranks of the SHR position, you must have been invited by the SHR department. Here is a list of the requirements that you can follow if are interested in getting invited.

- Good Activity
- Acting professional and responsible whilst on duty
- No new staff strikes in the past 6 months
- Complying with the staff guidelines, policies and ToS
- Able to work efficiently in a given time frame - Chief Human Recourses Only
- Have worked at the Grand Boulevard for at least 6 months
- Have a discord account and have joined our official server. (for the purpose of communication)
- Willing to manage and direct a team
- 2 Step Verification added to your account for the safety of our group, proof required in discord.
And any other requirements requested by the SHR team
