  • I hold the right to publicly post any work I make, unless stated otherwise beforehand by the client. The client may request a Work in Progress at any time during the process of the commission.
NOTE: Constantly bugging me about updates (asking daily/hourly) is annoying and may lead to a refund of your commission.
  • The client can post the commissioned artwork anywhere they’d like without credit, but credit is nice as it helps people find me.
  • The client may not commission another artist to edit art work commissioned from me*
*Please message me if you’d like an edit done to a piece of art commissioned from me, if I can’t do the requested edit, I will allow you to commission another artist to edit the original commission.

  • Client is to pay upfront before any work has been started, unless discussed beforehand.
  • Payment plans are available for commissions that exceed $100
  • Commissions will NOT be started until full payment is received.*
  • Refunds are only given if I deem myself unable to finish the commissioned art.
  • Depending on the situation, the client is responsible for their own spending habits and a refund will not be issued in most cases due to lack of money after purchasing a commission.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
*If a payment plan was agreed upon, commissions will be started once the client pays the first half

Commission WIPs and Edits.

  • WIPs are offered on all work
  • Edits to the final product such as missing markings are OK.
  • Large edits (changing the line-art, redrawing parts, etc) may result in a fee. (+$5 or more)
  • Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch before moving on.
  • If you request an edit past the sketch phase, and it wasn’t included in prior conversations, or the reference sheet given, I will not add them to the commission.
  • Please provide an up-to-date reference sheet when commissioning! If you do not have an up-to-date one, please include as MUCH detail as possible for what has changed.

Other notes.

  • Art is normally cleared from my computer every 30 days. Please make sure you save your work.
  • Deadlines are allowed, but have a $5 fee.
  • A sellers option is available (for printing with intent to sell/selling/adopts) it is a $25 fee for one item, $50 fee for 4 items.

Have you produced anything that’s been used commercially?

For the most part, I make personal work, for myself and others. Although, I would consider my magazine work seen here to be commercial.

Also, Please don’t solely judge my skill off of the work in that magazine, it was done in one night and I can do much better than I did there.

If a UV model is already unwrapped, could you texture it to specific requirements? There is a reference sheet to go off of?

This is about all I have in experience with texturing.

texture example

Myself and @WentLimited are looking for a thumbnail for our new game Downhill Dash, we’ll definitely consider this!

And the 3D model that was used with?

Basic buildings. I didn’t unwrap them myself, they are mainly re-textures.

3D Models

I just stumbled upon this thread while I was surfing the Collaboration category and the first thing I noticed is a form of plagiarism.

This thread is a month old but I just want to address this. I know my work when I see them and I’ll never authorize anyone using my designs/art however they want if they do not own them. For this I dont trust you. And I dont want you benefiting from this logo. Never use it as an example, never include it in a portfolio. Please edit the image and remove it.

It was an example/thing for someone I work for, I’ll remove it, but wasn’t really intending on profiting off of it?? lmao. Logos aren’t my main thing any who.

Clearly you used it in this very thread where it is an example of your work meaning you’ll gain clientele attraction and benefits from it.

Thanks for removing.

Ofc, because it still represents my skill level. Yes, it was based off of yours, but it wasn’t ever a commercial piece.

I suggest you would use original content to represent your skill level. And next time, get permission respectively from your sources.
