Graphics quality looks like its set to the lowest even though its set to max

A week ago my graphics were fine till today.


Normal maps dont seem to appear even though my graphics quality in rendering is CLEARLY set to the max:

It also seems like roblox materials are also affected for an example:

Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

DX11 is the problem right now just switch to Vulkan or OpenGL in till staff fix it hopefully soon.

Hey, I am having the same issue here. After a bunch of tests and stuff, I was able to figure out that Roblox is, for some reason, turning the lighting technology to Voxel rather than ShadowMap or Future. I have no idea why this happens; the only solution I could find is playing on the Microsoft version, which fixes it.

Try pressing Shift + F2 in the game and tell me the technology. If it says Voxel, we 100% have the same issue.
