Long story short, i found this script online and it does exactly what i want it to do, though i had to change a few things here and there to make it even better to my choice, but with that there come a few glitches and i dont know how to fix them.

glitches:
-the whole map breaks (only in ur view) if you grapple for a long time or something, i dont exactly know the source but it can become sideways or become bigger and its only for ur view, other players will see you float.
-sometimes while running or grappling the player stutters invisible or sometimes even becomes completely invisible (fixable by grappling again) this also is only viewable by only urself
-inside first person ur hands and legs are visible, but the grappler rope is not, which is annoying cuz you cant see what ur grappled to in first person
