The USM I develop for is discussing a possible next phase depicting a greater United States.
Can we make a game centered around the possible invasion of Greenland and show the map of the Greater United States?
Can we also have games with bases within American Ottawa or the Gulf of America? Please tell me if this is within TOS.

I mean, we cant even depict major flags of American culture like the Bonnie Blue of Texas or the Ross flag, I’m worried how roblox would treat a game about invading Greenland or anything regarding American Ottawa as the situation develops.
By knowledge, I definitely have experience.
I can definitely see the humor as a tongue and cheek reference, but with the way Roblox moderation operates with its fluid interpretation of the rules I’d play it safe and immediately assume that you have a chance of getting slapped with a harassment violation because the current spat between the United States and Canada, Denmark and Greenland may be seen as such.
Even the smallest infraction can destroy your project.
In fictional world building settings a “Greater United States” is very common, like pre-war United States in Fallout. Under normal circumstances it should be fine.
It also runs in with current politics, so if you steer clear from that as best you can you have better chances.
For instance I was thinking of making a Panama Canal Territory group, just because, but then out of the blue, you-know-who suggested that the U.S. should just take it back from Panama so now those plans, for me making that group, are shelved indefinitely because I really don’t want to worry about that looming hammer.
Also btw, the Roblox CEO was at the inauguration the other day. So there’s also that.
