Grey - Head has a glitched thumbnail

Hello,
The following item, part of the Grey bundle, has a thumbnail that is nonexistant/does not load properly. On both the avatar page and on the catalog page, a placeholder image is shown instead of the items actual appearance.

Expected behavior

A fix for this would be for the items appearance to load properly to see how the head actually looks instead of a placeholder image.
