We ask that our affiliates have over 500 non-botted group members. However, bear in mind that this may change on a regular basis. Exceptions can be made on the occasion of discussion with the communications department

Professional staff team with an excellent work ethic. We want a group with a hardworking and dedicated staff team that can represent your group.

Heavily active, and productivity throughout the staff team. We want a group that can do as we do for them. We request that your group announces our events on a timely basis, and engages with our community.

Alliance Guidelines:
Grinder Juice Bar reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for any time, and any reason, and can do so without notice if your group is found to no longer meet our requirements, or happens to break one of the guidelines in our Code of Conduct. Examples as to why we may remove your affiliation include harming the reputation of our group, harassment from your staff team, unprofessionalism, or simply not meeting our requirements.
Application:
Please ensure that all of your answers within our affiliate request form are detailed and on topic. Bear in mind that we reserve the right to automatically decline your application if you are impatient, or hint for your application to pass. Wait up to a week for a response during busy periods. You must be in our communications server and ROBLOX group, or your application will be automatically denied. We wish you the best of luck on this form.

Rank Information
Customer: This rank has joined the group to show further support, but cannot work, though can be served.
Noted Customer: Honorary members of the community; who may have been notable resigned former HR’s, well-known members, or people who have invested in our group and have been picked by the chairman.
Allied Representative: Allied Representatives who have chosen to show further support, and join our group will receive this role. There is no other way to attain this role.
Trainee: The first low-rank position. To attain this rank, head on down to our application center, pass the quiz, and wait to be ranked momentarily. You must attend a training session to serve customers.
Junior Juicer: This is the first low rank that can serve customers in the Juice Bar, and can be attained by attending and passing one training session.
Intermediate Juicer: The second highest Juicer rank and this is the second rank that can officially serve customers, and accumulate points to move up further rather than attending a training session.
Senior Juicer: The highest Juicer rank, which can be attained by attending one training session, and attaining 500 points as a Junior/Intermediate Juicer. This rank is eligible to move up to an MR rank.
Staff Intern: The rank of “Management Intern” comprises the introductory middle rank within Grinder Juice Bar. They are responsible to learn the workings and operations of our group and are only permitted to spectate in sessions as they undergo a 1-week trial.
Staff Assistant The rank which is attained immediately upon passing internship. They perform similar tasks to Staff Interns, but can fully assist in sessions.
Shift Supervisor: The rank of “Shift Supervisor” comprises people who have passed their internship, and have shown dedication to attain this role. They can now host sessions, and assist,.
Assistant Manager: As the name implies, Assistant Managers are middle ranks who have moved up the middle-rank ladder. Bear in mind that this is the second to rank within our middle-rank category. They will be overseen and supervised by our higher ranks. Their next promotion will be significant, therefore they should remain active, and be prepared to answer questions about training sessions, recruitment sessions, and other inquiries.
Manager: As the second to final middle rank, managers are able to promote people at sessions. They are the second to top MR role at Grinder.
Head of Supervision: The head of the middle-rank team and the people in it are preparing to move up to the next rank, Executive Assistant. They’ll be assisting the EA’s in handling reports, and will be trained to move up to the next rank.
Executive Assistant: The role of an Executive Assistant is being the first within our executive hierarchy. As introductory high ranks, they will get to decide whether they wish to go down the communications or administration path. They will get to weigh in on promotions, and numerous other large decisions in regards to our group.
Director of Public Relations: The director of public relations is the head of the Public Relations department, and as such, helps handle fun events, maintaining current affiliations, gaining new ones, etc.
Director of Human Resources: The director of Human Resources handles middle-rank behavior, inactivity notices, reports regarding middle ranks, and any inquiries that may arise. They direct the human resources department.
Vice President: Either a founder; or a user who has worked extremely hard to move up the ranks, and has gained trust, and was handpicked by the chairman.
President: The final presidential rank, which oversees the group’s operations and was a founder, or handpicked by the chairman.
Chairman: The owner of Grinder Juice Bar; this role cannot be attained.
Promotion Guide
Trainee: In order to attain the rank of “Trainee”; you must apply in our Application Center and fill out the application and pass it.
Junior Juicer: To attain the role of Junior Juicer, you must attend and pass a training session where you’ll learn the basics of juice making with our food system, and will be faced with practice scenarios to help you deal with problems in the Juice Bar.
Intermediate Juicer: You must be a Junior Juicer who has attained 300 points in the Juice Bar. This can be earned through working by serving customers/cleaning spills or messy tables.
Senior Juicer: You just be an Intermediate Juicer who has earned 500 points in the Juice Bar. This can be earned through working by serving customers/cleaning spills or messy tables.
Recipe Guide
Juices:
- Go to the fridge in-game, and click on it. You’ll have a selection of fruits and vegetables. Select the fruit/vegetable that the customer wants in their juice. You can select multiple.
- Proceed to the cutting board, and hold the fruit/vegetable or mix that you selected and wait 3 seconds for it to cut.
- Upon it cutting, now put it into the “fruit squisher’ machine.
- Lastly, grab a cup, and hold it toward the fruit squisher machine, and wait for the juice to be made. Once it’s made, you can use our hand to system to give it to the customer, and receive a point.
Smoothies:
- Go to the fridge in-game, click on it . You’ll have a selection of fruits and vegetables. Select the fruit/vegetable that the customer wants in smoothie. You can select multiple.
- Proceed to the cutting board, and hold the fruit/vegetable or mix that you selected and wait 3 seconds for it to cut.
- Now, you can add the fruit(s) or vegetables that you cut up, and bring them to the blender, hold them toward it.
- Take a cup, and add water to it. Proceed to hold this toward the blender. Once it’s made, you can use our hand to system to give it to the customer, and receive a point.
Pastries:
Pastries are the easiest item to make within our juice bar. Head to the heating lamp, click on it, then select the pre-made pastry that you’d like. You can then give it to the customer.
