I am not allowed to join the Training Center, why? Answer: A likely reason that you are not able to join a training is that you are not yet an Trainee. You can find the Quiz Portal in which you can take a short quiz to become a Trainee. Which you can find in the games group.

How do I report a player? Answer: You may report a player you believe to be breaking our rules by contacting an available Management+ (Trainer and above). It is greatly appreciated if you are able to provide proof via screenshots or video evidence.

I have a suggestion for the group. Who should I voice it to? Answer: We’d love to hear your feedback, taking on board community advice will help us to implement things the community love. You can voice all suggestions in the Suggestions Channel in our communications server!
May I apply for an MR rank? Answer: MR applications will be in our communications server every month. Through that, you can apply to become one of them. Another way to become a Managerial Intern, it’s; you must work hard at the restaurant and have over 250 points, you must be recommended by and you will be auto ranked to your next rank.
How can I apply to be an Trainee? Answer: You can apply to become a part of our low rank team by heading to our group page, found below in the group links section. From then on, you must go to the Quiz Portal and successfully pass. You will then become an Trainee, in which you can go to training sessions and be granted the ability to work behind the counter.
Griz’s Regulations
Grizs Regulations This page will cover the regulations which you will have to follow ALWAYS when playing any Griz’s related game.
Here at Griz’s, we mostly give our player base free control over the actions or decisions they want to make. However, this does not mean certain actions are prohibited. Below, you can find a list of some of the rules and regulations we have here at Griz’s. This applies to all premises that Griz’s owns, including our communications.
ROBLOX Terms of Service and Guidelines
Griz’s is in a strict partnership with all rules and decisions made by ROBLOX themselves. We ask that all of our members, staff, and the community as a whole abide by these rules for a safer and more innocent environment.
Use of Exploits and Glitching
We do not allow disruptive behavior like spamming, trolling, or exploiting in our community.
Trolling
Any form of purposeful disruption to another player’s game, as to ruin their experience, is strictly prohibited. You will be given one chance to halt this behavior, then punishment may ensue. If you are harassed by this, please contact our Staff Department.
Bypassing
Bypassing can be described as trying to go through ROBLOX’s chat filter, through usage of clothing, text chat, or even usernames, as to disrupt another user’s experience. Depending on what is being portrayed, you will be given either one or possibly no additional chances to fix your behavior.
General Respect
You must treat all members on Griz’s premises with a fair amount of respect, despite personal bias or opinions. If you are caught being intentionally rude to a group of person(s), you will be banned.
Advertising
Advertising yourself or another group in an explicit way is prohibited on Griz’s premises unless given permission by an HR+. This does not include Griz’s affiliated groups, though anything else should be checked with a member of our Management Team.
Not Safe For Work (NSFW)
NSFW, or otherwise known as inappropriate content is also strictly prohibited here at Griz’s. If you are caught with this on things such as your Discord profile, avatar, or anything alike, you will be asked to remove it. Griz’s remains the right to take action against any content that is seen as suggestive and remove you from any Griz’s premises.
Common Sense
Finally, simply use common sense when taking problems at hand. If you are questioning if an action is acceptable by our Rules and Regulations, feel free to contact any Staff Department member via our communications.
Group Positions
This page will cover current Griz’s positions.
Here at Griz’s our personnel are divided into four distinctive personnel brackets. Each position has a distinctive responsibility within the Italian Grill to keep operations functional. Below is a brief description of each role’s responsibilities and expectations for easy reference.
Trainee
Intern applicants who have been accepted are required to complete a training program in order to advance to the next position. During this time, interns are not permitted to fulfill the responsibilities of a staff member during shifts. To apply to become an intern, please visit our Application Portal.
Junior Staff
Junior Staff are responsible for welcoming guests, taking their orders, and preparing their orders. To qualify as a Junior Staff.
Intermediate Staff:
Intermediate Staff shares the responsibilities of a Junior Staff.
Skilled Staff:
Skilled Staff are highly skilled individuals who have successfully gotten the points and training. They provide guidance to Junior staff/intermediate assisting with orders and addressing any inquiries they may have. The next advancement for Expert Juicers is the Team Leader, which can be attained by obtaining three recommendations from a manager or higher.
Kitchen Leader
The Kitchen Leader have been acknowledged for their contributions and are being considered for inclusion in the staff internship program. Their responsibilities will include leading the kitchen operations, providing assistance with training, and striving to make a positive impression on the management. The next advancement for Team Leaders is the staff internship, which can be attained by obtaining three recommendations from the Staffing Department.
Management Team Positions
Staff Assistant
The Staff Assistants are pivotal in maintaining the smooth operations of the Griz’Italian Grill. They support higher-ranked staff, assist with daily tasks, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience. This role represents an introductory phase in the staff hierarchy, providing opportunities to learn and grow within the team. Staff Assistants are expected to focus on their development, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant management and operations.
Supervisor
Supervisors at Griz’s Italian Grill oversee daily operations, manage staff, address customer concerns, maintain high standards of service and food quality, and assist with trainings and shifts.
Managerial Intern:
The management interns at Griz’s Italian Grill have started their staff internship program, partnering with mentors to learn management procedures. They represent the first phase of progression within the management team, focusing on their learning and development under guidance.
Executive Team Positions
Executive Assistant:
Our Executive Assistants are designated to support our executive teams, including Staffing and Relations. They play a pivotal role in aiding Executive Officers with their responsibilities and actively contribute as integral members of the management team.
Board of Directors - Executive Director:
Board of Directors are responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the Griz’s community. This includes managing communications with our group and partnerships, as well as coordinating events. Their primary objective is to ensure that Griz’s communications are consistently satisfactory while fostering an engaging and enjoyable community environment.
Corporate Assistant - Corporate Director: Executive Director are responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the organization’s staff. This includes establishing and monitoring staff performance, managing the team, and overseeing resource allocation for management positions. These executives are tasked with enforcing company policies, addressing complaints, and handling appeals to ensure that all staff members adhere to established rules and regulations.
Senior Executive Team Positions
Head Executive
The Executive Director is accountable for overseeing their designated executive team (Staffing or Relations). They support the President in the daily management of the organization, while reporting directly to the Ownership Team and President.
Vice President:
The Vice-President holds the fourth highest authority in the organizational hierarchy and is responsible for supervising all executive operations. The Vice-President directly reports to the President and is tasked with making decisions pertaining to Roblox operations.
President:
The President is an important role at Griz’s, responsible for overseeing the group’s operations and ensuring the continued growth and vitality of the community. The President works closely with both the Chairman and Vice Chairman to implement strategies and manage day-to-day activities.
Vice Chairman:
The Vice Chairman assists the Chairman and holds significant authority in the decision-making process. This role includes supervising executive operations and stepping in when the Chairman is unavailable.
Chairman:
The Chairman holds the highest authority in the organizational hierarchy and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Griz’s operations. The Chairman leads strategic initiatives and represents the organization at the highest level.
