 This page will cover frequently asked questions from members of our community.

  • :spaghetti: I am not allowed to join the Training Center, why?
A likely reason that you are not able to join a training is that you are not yet a Trainee. You can find the Quiz Portal in which you can take a short quiz to become a Trainee, which you can find in the games group.

  • :red_circle: How do I report a player?
You may report a player you believe to be breaking our rules by contacting an available Management+ (Trainer and above). It is greatly appreciated if you are able to provide proof via screenshots or video evidence.

  • :bulb: I have a suggestion for the group. Who should I voice it to?
We’d love to hear your feedback. Taking on board community advice will help us implement things the community loves. You can voice all suggestions in the Suggestions Channel in our communications server!

  • :technologist:t2: May I apply for an MR rank?
MR applications will be in our communications server every month. Through that, you can apply to become one of them. Another way to become a Managerial Intern is to work hard at the restaurant and earn over 250 points. You must also be recommended and will then be auto-ranked to your next rank.

  • :memo: How can I apply to be a Trainee?
You can apply to become a part of our low-rank team by heading to our group page, found below in the group links section. From then on, go to the Quiz Portal and successfully pass. You will then become a Trainee, allowing you to attend training sessions and be granted the ability to work behind the counter.
