Group Animations not showing in toolbox

Under the Creations tab the group animations tab no longer populates.
It says “No Results Found” when previously it would show all of the animations under the group.

Hey @JKVette, thanks for bringing this up! We’re investigating now. How long ago did you first notice this?

Could you provide any of the following details?

• Group Id
• Ids of any specific asset you’re expecting to see

I first noticed it on the 24th.
The group ID is 6069796.
I have over a hundred animations under the group and none of them are showing.

I have animations on my account (not a group) with the same issue.

They show on the website, but not in the Toolbox.
When I try to use them in-game, I get the error Failed to load animation - sanitized ID: rbxassetid://14997304456.

This is happening to me too, I’ve tried reinstall studio but didn’t worked. any group animations tab give the same message of “no result found”. I first noticed this issue likely 1-2 month ago.

Hi all, sorry about the late reply! We’ve taken a look at this and are working on a fix. We’ll update this thread when the fix is out. In the meantime, please use Creator Dashboard for whatever use cases it may be able to help with, we apologize for any workflows this may disrupt

I just restarted studio and it still isn’t showing up.
Could it be because it is a local file or is it because my studio hasn’t update yet?

Hmm that’s strange, we’ve confirmed that others who weren’t able to see their assets are now able to. Could you try restarting/trying again and including a screen recording if possible? And just to make sure, the groupId is 6069796 right?
