Group audit logs display wrong user

Reproduction Steps

Search the audit logs for actions done by the system/done as the group.
I think previously it showed the Roblox account as the user associated to these actions.

Device Info

  • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (macOS) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/106.0
  • Platform Type: Mac
  • Device Type: Computer

Expected Behavior

I expect it to show the corresponding group as the user who performed the action.

Actual Behavior

The user associated with the action is the account with the same UserId as the ID of the group.

The user id of this user is identical to the group id.
I doubt that this user could have done these actions, since this user was not online for 12 years.

As I was looking at this user’s profile, I have seen that the user was active after 2012 (some egg hunt 2012 badges are in the inventory), even though the account was last online in 2010. This is weird.

The same happend to me, it looks like if the user has the userId equals to the groupId, it will display the user instead of the group.

yeah, same thing happening to me, random 2009/2006 accounts appears when i update a game or add a game in my group

A fix was deployed and from now on newly created places shouldn’t display the wrong user anymore
