The group funds in a group I own was today decreased by roughly ~200,000 Robux for no apparent reason. Having not broken any rules and garnering only legitimate sales, myself and the group’s co-owners are left bemused by this reduction of our funds.
Interestingly, a similar set of circumstances occured in December 2023 whereby our funds were reduced by ~300,000 Robux. However, this was identified as a mistake and the Robux were returned about a month later.
Of concern is the absence of any new logs in the group indicating that a similar reduction has occurred. This leads me to believe that there currently exists a bug in displaying group funds, though I am yet to confirm this with other group owners.
Indeed, such unseemly reductions in group funds, with no communication from Roblox, are impeding on our ability to cash out Robux and support ourselves financially.
I would appreciate any assistance with this matter, or to hear from fellow developers experiencing similar circumstances.
We adjusted everyone’s Group’s robux balance to the correct amount, we will continue to monitor and make sure there are no discrepancies.

Unfortunately I’m still experiencing the issue of my group funds not being fixed, I lost all the group funds within my roblox group and no payments were made as the Audit Log shows nothing. Group link: Zenith’s Commisions

Thank you for resolving this issue but the fact this happened to begin with… Some of us live off Roblox, what if this couldn’t be reversed?! I hope stuff like this won’t repeat. Thanks again for fixing it and I hope y’all get to the bottom of this.
We have done another pass of remediating incorrect balances. This should include the majority of impacted groups. The group audit log is correct and reflects all transactions since this incident began.
