I payouted myself 2300 robux from my group today, but it didnt get into my account. My group funds lost 2300 and i dont know where my robux went. I payouted my friend 500 the other day and the same issue happened again. i tried re-payouting him and it worked that time, but the 500 earlier was gone. In our transactions, it says we gained the robux, but the balanced did not change. in total i have lost 2800. Ive seen some posts about this and apparently it comes back after a while, but I need to know how long that may take.
I had the same issue and to my understanding the robux will come into your account after a couple hours but it may vary. I’m pretty sure its supposed to be instant but it may have changed…
To my knowledge group payouts is not always instant meaning those can get delayed from a few hours to a few days if there are any issues. They also had a note that said that their can take up to 72 hours to arrive but that got removed im pretty sure
This happened before and you mostlikely didn’t loose anything
i got the robux after 30 minutes, however, this bug should still be fixed as i am sure many other people have experienced this and are worried they may not get the robux for a short period.
