I am working on a game in a group with 1 partner helping me, I own the group. My partner created some gamepasses for us and they are in the group, i have them hooked into the game and when we purchase those gamepasses, the robux goes to his account instead of the group.
Here is a link t one of the passes. It clearly shows it s a gamepass in group group, and yet of all the 6 sales for this pass, each time the robux goes tot he person who created it.
I don’t know. Maybe from another source? I am certain 1 Robux items don’t earn their creators any money. This image is from a game pass config page:
It would be a terrible idea for Roblox to allow 1 Robux passes to earn creators money, because it either is 100% or 0%, and people would just abuse it to transfer money.
Agreed with @Aorda. Try upping the price a bit more. 1 robux does not grant any funds to the group (scientifically it would grant R$0.7 however that’s impossible).
That may be true, however I don’t think that’s the issue. Even though it’s a gamepass from a group, upon purchasing it says that you’ve purchased an image from a different guy. Something doesn’t make sense.
It is an issue on Roblox’s end. The same sometimes happens when you buy game passes or developer products on a play-test. I think it is caused by the game pass’s ID being the same as that item’s upload ID.
It would still work in-game or in the website, and transfer the earning to the group.
