Looks nice. There are some tiny details but, they really cant be seen since it will be… well a group icon

As @fossilcage said, increase the image size so it will be easier to see. Personally, it looks pretty decent, however, the text colour might need to be changed in order to stand out and be more visible. The colour combination is also well done.
