I made this group icon a little bit ago for someone and I’m thinking about getting back into commissions now that I’ve changed my style.
Tell me what you think about it, and how I could improve. Thanks! 
p.s. sorry for the watermarks didnt really know how transparent to make them
The rockall should be more visible. Make it a different color and possibly change the font.
Even though very hard to read cause of the watermark, the icon is very vibrant. My suggestion would be to put this part 
to the right instead of the left as it makes it easier to read the icon and flows better!
I like to give people a lot of choices so they get an icon that they really want, and the person I made this for liked this font out of the font options I gave them and same for the colors. hope that makes sense
actually, I like it
but you can try to make the text more visible and remove the “est. 2021” thing
and also try to chnage the font too
