Hey Robloxians!
I am currently trying to upload a new icon for my group, but it has been waiting for approval for a few hours now. I’ve already tried to reupload it once. The icon contains an original logo, nothing offensive or inappropriate. Normally moderation happens within a few minutes. Why does this happen and who can I reach out to in order to fix this?

Just head to Roblox Support and contact them under Moderation > I was wrongly moderated for an asset I created, and paste the asset ID, and ask them to review it.
If it really isn’t inappropriate nor offensive in any way, they’ll just let you upload it.
Did you get a warning when you first time uploaded it?

Are you saying that the new icon was moderated or is it still in limbo waiting for final approval?

I came across this issue sometime ago and found out this solution which worked for me, unless your icon mayhaps be inappropiate in which case you need to make changes but you didn’t specify (knowing the moderation is at an all-time peak), hope it helps though.

Still waiting to be approved. Thanks for the heads up, I’m just gonna change my wording up a little.
Ahh. I think this might be a bug.
Just upload a new version, change a pixel or two and renaming it for good measure.
