Group Icon/Emblem not showing up in the configure page

Date first experienced: Unknown
Expected Behavior: The current group icon should be displayed in the Emblem section on the configure page

Actual Behavior: The group icon does not appear on the configure page. It is only visible when a new icon is uploaded

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigate to the group’s configuration page
2. The group icon is missing from Emblem section unless you upload a new one

Additional Information: Not sure if it is actually supposed to have one but I remember it showing the current group icon and other people told me it should be showing the current icon.

Thanks for the feedback! This screen has always behaved this way for historical reasons, so we’re going to treat this as a (well-deserved) feature request and take this feedback into account when we tackle larger changes around the groups experience.
