My group was recently locked without any explanation. Typically when an asset gets removed you get a message or at least an email, I got neither. What was even worse was that there was no warning.
After contacting Roblox, they said it was locked for “spam”, and after digging even deeper it’s because it contained the term “plinko”. The full group description prior was Creators of Plinko RNG!
Support has been giving the same response, saying that the action won’t be adjusted. It’s highly unfair to ban a group with millions of Robux in it for something that can be changed in seconds, and not even tell me about it. Is there anything else I can do to request a true reviewal?
