Is there any way to find out why a group was locked by Roblox Staff?
A group I own, [USA] The United States of America, was locked on April 28, 2025, at 9:37 PM. We immediately submitted a support ticket and reached out to a few contacts to better understand the situation and see what could be done.
Thanks to their help, our ticket was escalated, and the group was restored on April 29, 2025, at 6:27 PM. However, we still haven’t received any explanation regarding what caused the group to be locked—no details on the reason, the specific violation (if any), or who initiated the action.
We’d appreciate any insight into how we might obtain more information or ensure transparency in situations like this in the future.
