Right now my group is set up to pay 9% of profits out to 11 people, with 1% going to group funds. The group has had enough funds for over a week now to distribute this, but it simply… hasn’t? Does anyone know what is wrong or what I’m doing wrong with this?
For ongoing pay outs, It splits the money out as it comes in. So if someone paid the group game 100 R$ it would get split out immediately 9 for each of you and 1 for the group fund. If you want to pay out existing funds you have to use the other tool.
It isn’t then. All profits are just going into group funds. I wasn’t sure if it had to go through escrow first, or what, but none of the profits are being distributed.
Link to group?
Mine is similar, nothing in group payouts and money appears on group admin page but cannot do a 1 time payment as it says no funds exist.
Not sure if the issue is the group payouts in my transactions, the group admin page or the summary page lying.
Since this was brought up I checked with my own group and I too had funds that hadn’t been distributed even though I have filled in how the funds should be distributed (all 100%). The group had no money before I set the percentages but somehow we had 33 tickets in the group funds.
Main diffrence here though is that I COULD do a one-time payment to myself without any errors.
Hi all, if you could post a link to your group that would help greatly with debugging.
Some notes, because this system is a little complicated - attire sales (tshirt, shirt, and pants) do not go through the revenue distribution, and instead go directly to the group fund. Sales of Game Passes and Developer Products are ‘distributed’ upon sale of the item, but they do go directly into escrow (either user or group escrow) for three days.
@pauljkl: We’re trying to repro the issue you had with one-time payout - that definitely looks like a bug.

Okay, then that’s my problem. I assumed that sales from group clothing would be distributed. Here’s my group anyway: Project: Aurity - Roblox
So are there any plans to make group clothing be distributed? While on the topic of group payouts, the UI for distributing funds has no scrollbar or proper scaling to screen size, so when you have a lot of people on the list you cannot see the update button without zooming your browser out. Perhaps there could be an option to distribute funds among a certain rank in the group?
Any progress on this? I am still not receiving income from group payouts and the group is getting funds even after I 0’d it and set my payout to 100% again.
Link is same as before so it is reproducible within this group.
All it sells is a single shirt and pants but money still goes to the group

Idk, apparently clothing sales aren’t even included in the system at all from what I understand, and weren’t intended to. It’s only profit from group games.

Well that makes this a lot less useful for things like Kestrel and other clothing companies
