Recently, me and my friend made a series of groups for our upcoming HL 2 style game which he game to my alt account (CMB_EarthDirector). I then temporarily game him ownership of the main group so that he could purchase some roles for me and once he tried to give it back, the ownership bugged. It said that my alt account was the owner but it wasn’t on the last rank and it didn’t have options to configure the group. My friend on the other hand was put onto the 1st rank and still somehow had all of the permissions to configure the group. Now after some tinkering with leaving the group:
1.) Everyone who joins the group or is in it already cannot leave. (Including me or my alt account)
2.) Users cannot be exiled
3.) And most weirdly of all, nobody is on the last rank of the group… my alt is on the second to last rank even though it says it owns the group under the group name.
I am also posting this here since Roblox support keeps telling me that they can’t provide me with any information and I haven’t gotten a response from the bug report group.
I will send the link to the group below where you can observe that there is nobody on the last rank.
I will also provide screenshots of it and the error when you try to leave the group.
