hey, we’re in the process of moving our game PLS DONATE to the Quataun group.
yesterday, we tested the transfer with the 17+ version. it said it would take a few minutes, so we waited — but after 2 hours, we got an email saying the transfer failed.
today, I tried again, but now it won’t even let me initiate the transfer. it just says “Failed to initiate transfer request.”

Hey there, we’re looking into it. It seems to be related to one of your API keys that contains authorization for this universe. We’ll investigate why that key failed to update during this transfer.
Hey @haz3mn, sorry for not getting back earlier, but can you give this another try? We fixed the bug early last week for the API key transfer. I believe that was the only thing blocking the transfer here.
I can also retry it for you on your behalf, but since it’s been a while since you posted, wanted to get your confirmation for that first.
Hi, just tried again and it keeps giving me the same “Failed to initiate transfer request” error message as soon as I complete the 2FA verification after initiating the transfer request.
And yes, you’re allowed to try transferring PLS DONATE [17+] to the verified Quataun group on your end. I’ve attached the link to ensure you transfer the right experience to the right group.

Hey, I retried the transfer just now and the bug fix we applied last week seems to work, the universe is now properly transferred. Thanks again for posting this.
The issue was due to usage of deprecated scopes on some of the Open Cloud API keys on your account which weren’t properly handled by the transfer system. We handle them properly now.
