I’ve recently gained ownership of a group called …j the link to it is here: ......j - Roblox
Though I’ve been experiencing a lot of bugs. It says that the old owner is still the Owner of the group, so we tried kicking the old owner from the group though we can’t — it gives us an error saying “Failed to kick user”. I also have the Owner rank which is the only rank that the Owner of the group is supposed to have. The old owner of the group has the default “Member” role which doesn’t have any special perms. Though I still can’t do anything with the group. I tried transfering the ownership to my alt account, and it also gave me an error message (that I don’t have permission to do that). It also shows that the game connected to it is earning robux though the robux that we get from that game is nowhere to be seen. (It shows that the purchase of the gamepass/product is being made, however it says that we earn “0 Robux”).
I’ve tried a lot of things, though we can’t seem to figure this one out. The old Owner of the group was Im_MohawkMan and I’m supposed to be the new Owner — r4xzu. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me solve this problem.
I used “Roblox Support” and they didn’t help me out either. The group is just bugged now.
They told me to use the group article, though the group article has nothing to do with my problem.
Just to clarify — It’s been 24 hours since the ownership transfer.
