Group Page Does Not Load

Hi all,

Recently, I have noticed that when I press the “Groups” tab on the Roblox homepage nothing seems to load in. This occurs also when I select a group I would like to view from a Player’s profile.

I have tried to disable website plugins, however, this did not yield any success. I have decided to re-enable those plugins as disabling them did not help.

It is important to note that I currently use the Firefox Browser, and when I use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, the groups work fine. This is my temporary fix to my problem.

I am attempting to avoid having to switch browsers as I have been using Firefox for quite some time now.

Hi all, I am still experiencing this problem. Any solutions?

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies? Might fix this problem, but I’ve never had this myself.

Hi, thank you for your response. This worked and I am now able to access my groups as usual. Appreciate it!
