I am the owner of the group UGCSwarm

The group is now a little over three weeks old. I set it up mainly to handle commission payments, but I wasn’t aware that new groups could be restricted from using one-time or recurring payments if they start receiving funds right away.
The error i see when i go to group payouts:
“X is currently restricted from using one-time and recurring payments. This may be due to insufficient funds, the age of the group, or something else. Please check back later.”
This is the first time I’ve run into this issue. I’ve managed payouts without problems in my other groups, so this one seems unusual.
As of today, September 9th, it has been three weeks since the group was created on August 13th and first began earning Robux.
I’d appreciate your help in resolving this so I can make payouts to my friends and myself.
