Over 30 ish minutes ago, I paid myself out 199 robux and have yet to receive it.
This has already happened to me before and despite Roblox claiming and issue regarding funds was fixed, this still seems to linger.
note: my system time 3 hours behind, so this is 4:39 PM, not 1:49

This is happening to me as well. It has been 15+ minutes and the group payout is in my transaction summary, but is not reflected in my balance.
Group payouts have been delayed due to issues with our internal systems. Those should have been resolved for now. That said, those might still take some time to execute and this is expected.
