Hello, I am the owner of a decently large development shop, selling development assets for game developers.
Recently, my group funds have been “Locked”, and I have messaged roblox support twice and they have given me the same answer and said that my group funds will be unlocked shortly.
This is very important as I have a staff & development team of over 30+ people, and all our store’s funds which are used to pay everyone, are locked.
The group funds have been locked for about 3 weeks now, and my staff are paid weekly, meaning they have not been able to be paid for the last 3 paydays.
Roblox has stated this could be due to fraudulent activity, but all my earnings are legitimate, I am not related to the black market in any way, and all earnings are coming from my roblox game.
It is really important that my group funds be unlocked as all my earnings, funds and funds to pay people are in that group.
If someone has any advice on what to do, please let me know as this is a stressful time.
