A backlog as in many group payouts being processed at the same time? Is that why it is being slow right now?

Have the same issue, seems like this is happening everywhere, I even have proof that I paid out group funds and nothing happened
Doesnt quite seem like the issue is fixed
EDIT: The payout worked, just had to wait a while. Usually isnt this slow, though.
