The new Snowflake Eyes dropped this morning for 12,500 Robux. In an attempt to buy it, I went to go payout 12,500 Robux to my account.
After waiting 30 minutes and doing a couple more payouts, none of the Robux has showed up in my account. They do however appear in my Transactions. I’ve made hundreds of payouts in my lifetime and never had this take longer than 15 seconds.

I expect for group payouts to process instantly

Hi, would like to share that I just got the same bug on my account. Seems like this is an issue with many users as I have seen some messages from other devs as well.
I’m experiencing the same issue as well. I have tried with different groups. The transaction appears, but the Robux doesn’t get added to my balance.
I just experienced the exact same issue a little while ago. Can an admin please address this issue? I transferred 4,727 Robux via payout from the group Super Happy UGCs - Roblox to the account RWGNAF - Roblox, and although it shows in my transactions and audit log, I didn’t receive the Robux.
Unfortunately I’m experiencing exactly the same issue, it has never happened to me before and group/community payouts have been immediate for the last few years.
The group payout system is working as intended. The reason you may be having issues is because the Roblox API may be running a bit slow. I recommend changing your post name from it not working at all to just being slow.

UPDATE: I’m slowly getting my money, I guess the Roblox transaction service is just bad down
Thanks for the report. We identified the issue and are actively working on a fix. We can confirm that no Robux has been lost; it is primarily a delay in our system when distributing group Robux payouts.

I can confirm this happens to me as well. I just lost a little over a million robux
How long before a fix is deployed by your estimates?

One hour later and nothing changed on my end, the robux did not show up.

This issue is still apparent for me, I was paid out at 1:00AM GMT and I have still not received my Robux from the group. I have attached a picture of my transactions along with my current Robux amount.
EDIT: I have received the Robux now following the fix.
