Group permission to give people developer icon on leaderboard in-game

This seems sufficient enough, however the issue with this is most games will keep the main game separate from the base game where players will join.

I would recommend using the newly shipped feature and include an option to search and add players to the badge list.

Cannot express how happy I am with these features. Would have blown me away if you could have included my feature request from quite a while ago. If this was added to the panel in the future, this would be really useful in so many ways.
