Group permissions broken after transferring ownership

I am temporarily giving ownership of my group to a friend so he can make changes, but when I gave him ownership and he ranked me to admin, I have a ghost rank and I don’t know how to explain it. I basically cannot interact with the group at all it’s like I’m a ghost member. This is definitely a bug but I have no idea if it’s severe since my friend still has full control over the group but no matter what he does to my account I cannot do anything.

Expected behavior

I am supposed to be able to join games in studio and access the group configuration menu but I just can’t.

edit: I can change the name of a game but I cannot join it in studio

I’ve had some bugs with groups too. Sometimes the best thing to do is delete the role and create a new one.

Hello,

This issue pretty sure it’s the same I had one in the past

Current owner of place must enable team create in order to be able to join.

this is unrelated because the issue is the group perms, i was just using a game as an example of how i can change its name but i cant join studio on it

come to think of it i have 2 roles with the same name and i wonder if that is related. but when my friend had the role he tried to give me his perms worked fine

Thanks for the report! We’ll follow up when we have an update for you.

Hello @Inkthirsty , I see you are the community owner again. Does your admin role still have issues?

It’s fine now that my friend gave me the group back but it’s still weird
