I just posted a thread over in Developer Discussion about the new group landing page, when I noticed the group search is broken.
When I searched “Military” Vortex Security is the top result, but when I search " " it shows The First Encounter Assault Recon, The Roblox Assault Team, and Team Domino all as larger and they all have “Military” in their descriptions. So somehow some search results aren’t showing up.
When you have no search term it sorts by member count.
I know, that’s why I checked with just a space in the search, but the three largest groups on Roblox should have showed up when you search Military.
It’s obviously clear that b1tsh1ft prefers VS over RAT/FEAR
It’s because the search algorithm is weird. FEAR, RAT, Team Domino, etc. don’t display because the keyword isn’t in their description enough OR because it isn’t capitalized.
The word is in each of their descriptions, and I tried both capitalized and lowercase, same results.
