I’ve uploaded pages of accessories and a bunch of accessories are missing as well as whole pages?
I’ve checked and the accessories are not deleted just not appearing in the group page.
Expected behavior
I expect all my accessories to be visible on the correct pages.
Hi can you give us your group store id or name so we can look into this issue? If you are talking about your user store can you give us the user id associated with your user account?
I’m having the same problem with 2d clothing, it’s been like this for 2-3 weeks
Hi, Can you help provide links to the items that you have uploaded that you are seeing this issue with? Can you also provide your account user ID that has this issue and the Group store page link for further review?

This armor set comes in 6 colours, all of the colours and other accessories are missing from the group store page it also seems that it appears last in recently published… when it should appear in the middle where as older pieces appear first.
These are all missing from the “store” tab under the group as well as so many more accessories, well over 20+
Also I would like to add this isn’t all the accessories, these are just a few. I have numerous accessories missing from the store page and they also appear incorrectly on the recently published category too, I’m not sure if that’s why they’re not appearing in the store but thats one thing they all have in common.
Everything highlighted in purple is the very first accessories I uploaded to the store, everything after that is newer, I have it sorted to “recently published” so the stuff after the purple highlight should be before it, not sure why its putting all these accessories as if they were created first in the group.

they’ve all moved to page 20-23, which is the last page on the group

I’ve checked and the issue isn’t resolved, the items still appear in the wrong pages, they’re appearing on the last pages of the group instead of near the front as these are my latest items, this is affecting my sales when people visit my store page as they don’t see my latest work which is considerably better than my previous work.
This isn’t an isolated issue either, it seems numerous other creators are facing this issue, for example these creators
