Group unowned after Purchase

I had purchased a group on the website to host some side projects and MVP’s, the group was made but no one owns it now. This happened like such:

  • Group was in process of purchasing
  • Website went unresponsive
  • Canceled the purchase
  • Purchase still goes through, group is made and says I own it
  • Group does not appear in my groups, and an hour later says it is owned by no one

Browser used: Opera GX

Expected behavior

When purchasing a group one expects to be owner of that group.

Do you have proof of your band purchase in your transactions ? If so, I think you can file a claim with Roblox for a refund. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting in different browsers.
