My friend and I will create an upcoming game and we are asking if paying groupfunds to a user via a roblox bot account is allowed?

Probably but how much do you trust a bot that if hijacked can easily steal all the funds
I mean, that is no different from a regular account. A bot account would be more secure dare I say, because nothing would be able to hijack the account other than bruteforcing into it.
If someone internally working at your game (or the cookie is insecure) has access to the script w/ the cookie then they can log in using it 
Yeah I guess. But then, I wouldn’t give anyone a token unless they already had group payout permissions.
