Grouping 2 parts into a Model and renaming it with F2 renames a different object

Video:

When I tried to group a model then rename it today on Windows 8.1 x64 Roblox Studio, pressing F2 to rename it would actually rename “Terrain” instead of the model I just grouped.
To reproduce:
Create an empty baseplate.
Create 2 parts, then group them. Right after, press F2 and it will rename something else.
Please heart/reply if you have the same issue.

EDIT: This has been going on since around July of last year, from @JJurbas

In Roblox Studio, you can group objects together into a model using group (Ctrl+G). Once this action is performed, the new model appears in the workspace and the object is highlighted. However, attempting to rename the object with the hotkey (F2) attempts to rename a different part. Specifically, the part that was above the top most part in the hierarchy before the group action was performed.

This bug has been occuring since I started using Roblox Studio, probably around July last year.

You can reproduce the bug as per the images below. Simply duplicate the Baseplate multiple times in a new project. Select a few parts at random, and group them using the hotkey (Ctrl+G). Hitting F2 now attempts to rename the part above the part labelled as 1 in picture 2.

This also happens when you insert a new folder and then press F2 when it has been automatically selected. This is super annoying because I hate having to move my hands between my mouse and my keyboard all the time; i try to use shortcuts as often as possible.
