My group has been experiencing this issue for longer than a week now.
We have done another pass of remediating incorrect balances. This should include the majority of impacted groups. The group audit log is correct and reflects all transactions since this incident began.

Hello, my group lost about 100k - 120k Robux when I received the message in my inbox, and when there was the error message. The message at the top of the group was removed, but I didn’t receive any Robux, even though I earned them thanks to my new game. Please address this as soon as possible.

I don’t know if it’s related to this situation or not, but the sales chart for the largest of my groups (idea.exe - Roblox) looks worrying, I downloaded the sales file and there were a lot of sales that day and the chart shows an income of 4 robux. Does anyone of you also have a chart like this?
Hello, the games in my group have seen a 300% to 400% increase in players in the last month, but my income has decreased significantly. I definitely think there is an issue with the group funds, please check as soon as possible and let me know.

Unless you noticed your funds suddenly decrease to a significantly lower value, your issue is probably unrelated to the one this bug report addresses. In this case please file a new report
