Group's Community Funds Balance suddenly shrunk with no matching outgoing/spend transaction

Noticed that one of my groups (details in the private part of this report) has had their community funds massively depleted (>99%) without any transaction indicating group fund spending (i.e. no Robux payouts have been issued and Robux from the community funds has not been spent either).

As far as I’m aware my account hasn’t been compromised (there would be a spend transaction on the Audit Log if it did).

The values of the Revenue summary line up correctly and the Pending Robux figures are also displayed correctly.

The “wrong” community funds value is displayed both in the website and Creator Hub.

Same here - my group lost over 1,300,000 robux inexplicably. No log of any outgoing funds through payouts or currency adjustment.

Same thing, my groups (CATalYSis and Ctrl+Alt+Delight) lost tens of thousands of robux even though no funds were ever paid out from these groups, I don’t know about my idea.exe group because I don’t remember how many funds were there.

We have adjusted everyone’s Group’s robux balance to the correct amount, we will continue to monitor and make sure there are no discrepancies.

Unfortunately my CATalYSis group is still almost without robux, no payments have ever been made from this group, unless I have to wait until the repair works on this group. I would be grateful if you could check this, thank you in advance.

Was this issue caused by user action - something the group owner / players with funds access did - or was this entirely an internal server error?

I am facing the same issue! I had around 100k robux in this group, today when I went to check it i saw that it went to 0? I would really appreciate this issue being fixed. I checked the audit log, the payout tab everything and there are no new transactions to indicate that the robux was spent.

My group has a similar issue T_T
We made our first game with monetization and earned our first 98 Robux this month. But when I checked the community funds today, it was all gone. I was really confused I thought there was an extra pending time

We have identified issues impacting group balances. We are working around the clock to resolve it for affected groups.

We are conducting a full audit of the impact, and this process will take some time. Rest assured, the economy remains operational, we have records of all sales, and all transactions have been successfully processed.

It seems like the opposite happened to my group funds. Instead of losing Robux, I gained a significant amount.

Yesterday, my group had around 43,000 Robux in its group funds. However, later that night, the balance jumped to over 531,000 Robux.

I reviewed my group’s sales and pending balances, and they don’t come close to explaining that increase. I have not spent or distributed any group funds and am currently waiting for clarification on the situation.
